Minister opens new Down Syndrome Kerry premises in Tralee

Minister of State Finian McGrath has offically opened the new premises of Down Syndrome Kerry in Tralee this today.

The new premises in Balloonagh estate Tralee will be the offices from which the organisiation will serve its members in the future.

Rachel Fitzgerald Chairperson with Down Syndrome Kerry said it will make the organisation more visible within the county and allow people to continue to engage with and support the organisation.

Ms Fitzgerald said that the new offices will facilitate many services within the county:

Meanwhile the minister also officially opened the new office of Employabilty Service Kerry on Rock Street, in Tralee today.

The organisation works with jobseekers who have a disability wna want to find full or part-time employment.
