Martin Ferris wants clarification on wind turbine contracts signed by landowners

wind turbine A Sinn Fein TD is calling for clarification on contracts signed by landowners for the erection of wind turbines on their property. Deputy Martin Ferris says people are concerned about the small print in the contracts between the landowners and wind energy  companies. These concerns include issues in relation to the succession rights and the control of wind turbine companies on land use. He has submitted a question to Minister for Agriculture Simon Coveney. He says clarification is needed. Enerco Energy, the company behind the plan, want permission to build 10 wind turbines in the Finuge/Ballyhorgan area. Deputy Ferris says Sinn Fein believe the location of the project is wrong.
