Mandate and Tesco management are attending the Workplace Relations Commission. The dispute centres on proposals to change some workers’ contracts. Mandate members had voted in favour of industrial action which was due to take place outside 70 stores nationwide including in Tralee and Killarney. However, the union deferred the strike after an invitation by the WRC to attend talks.
