Man accused of intimidating staff at Tralee hair salon appears in court on foot of bench warrant

A man accused of trespassing and intimidating staff at a Tralee hair salon has appeared before Tralee District Court on foot of a bench warrant. Tralee courthouse 37 year old Chaker Tbini with an address at Atlas House, McCowen’s Lane, Tralee is accused of trespassing at Peter Mark, Abbeycourt, Tralee on December 31st last and with harassing staff there. A previous court sitting heard that the salon was forced to install security because of Mr Tbini’s intimidation of staff and because he had been abusive and threatening on the premises. Solicitor Pa Daly told the court that Mr Tbini has moved from the area and now lives up the country. Judge James O’Connor remanded Mr Tbini on bail and adjourned the case until July 29th at Tralee District Court.
