The Government should turn Kerry and Ireland into an IT centre of excellence. That’s according to John Griffin, this year’s recipient of the prestigious London Association Kerry Person of the Year award. Mr Griffin, whose father was a Glenbeigh native, was selected in recognition of his life time achievements and support of the Irish both at home and abroad. He’ll be presented with his award at the Kerry Association’s annual dinner dance at the Crown Moran Hotel in Cricklewood on the 24th of October.
