A Killorglin entrepreneur is looking for public support to get to the next stage of a funding competition. Peter Mangan, who’s living in Dublin, but from Killorglin, has developed The Freebird Club, which is set to launch this summer; it’s a social travel and home-stay club for older adults. The company has entered the Virgin Media Business VOOM 2016 competition, and is looking for public votes online to get them to the next stage in order to win funding. Peter Mangan says the closing date is Monday, and he’s appealing for public support in order to develop the business.
