Killorglin Chef is shortlisted for Young Chef Of The Year competition

A young Killorglin Chef has been shortisted for The Baileys Euro Torque Young Chef Of The Year competition. Patricia Teahan from Dooks, Killorglin works as a Sous Chef in the award winning Carrig Country House. Ms Teahan is a former student of The Institute of Technology Tralee and has previously been named as The Kinsale Good Food Circle Student Of The Year.
