A 52 year old man will appear in court in Killorlgin tomorrow charged with assault causing harm following an incident in Milltown on the night of The All Ireland Final. Timothy Riordan with an address at Listry, Faha Killarney appeared before a special sitting of Kenmare District Court last night. He had been arrested by Gardai shortly after 8 o’clock yesterday morning and questioned at Killarney Garda Station in connection with the death of Gerard O`Leary. Before Judge Humphrey Kelleher The State made an application that Timothy Riordan be remanded in custody to appear before Killorglin District Court tomorrow the 14th October. Solicitor for the accused Pat Mann said he would make a bail application at that date and the remand was granted by consent.
