Killarney hoteliers do business in Las Vegas

Representatives from the Killarney Park Hotel were among the 35 Irish tourism enterprises attending the prestigious IMEX America exhibition in Las Vegas last week.

The International Meetings and Events Exhibition America is recognised as an event which targets decision-makers in the lucrative meetings, incentive, conferences and events sector.

More than 3,000 buyers from North America and elsewhere attended the three-day show.

According to Tourism Ireland, business tourism is the most lucrative form of tourism, with visitors travelling here for business purposes spending about 2.5 times more than the average visitor.
