Killarney chef wins Mourau Chablis fish dish awards.

A chef in Killarney has won an award at the 2004 Moreau Chablis fish dish awards. Odran Lucey is the Executive Head Chef at the Killarney Park Hotel and was one of 6 winners of the award. Chefs from all over the country were invited to take part in creating a fish dish to complement Moreau Chablis. A panel of jurors comprising seafood consultant Phena O Boyle, food writer John McKenna, Master of Wine Dermot Nolan and editor of ‘Hotel and Catering Review’ Frank Corr assessed the entries. The event was sponsored by Moreau Chablis in association with ‘Hotel Catering and Review’.
