Constant marketing of the tourist attractions in Kerry is essential to maintain and grow tourism in the county, according to a director with Cork-Kerry tourism. Kathleen O`Regan Sheppard who is also a director with Kerry airport says we can’t presume that places such as Dingle and the Ring of Kerry are well known. She also says people are travelling the Ring of Kerry in the wrong direction and as a result are not spending as much time in the county.
