Kerry TD suggests night time curfew for new drivers

A Kerry TD is suggesting a night time curfew for new drivers to deal with spiralling insurance costs. © Sinn Fein Sinn Féin Deputy Martin Ferris says it could be based on a UK model, where young motorists are kept off the road at night. He says this could be one way of reducing the high cost of car insurance.
