Kerry students were among over 4,000 young people talking part in the Student Leaders’ Congress in the RDS this week. Inspirational talks were given by blind adventurer Mark Pollack, and ‘Outstanding Young Person of the Year Award’ winner, Joanne O’Riordan. There were also live performances by Walking on Cars, the High Hopes Choir and Jerry Fish. Cycle Against Suicide founder and Tralee entrepreneur, Jim Breen, says the congress is a way of thanking schools who work on the initiative all year round. [audio_player src=””]
