Kerry public reminded to arrive early to State Commemoration in Banna

You’re being reminded to arrive early to tomorrow’s State Commemoration in Banna. Banna Beach2 As car parking is limited, people driving to the event are asked to be there no later than 10:30am. Members of the public are being encouraged to use the free bus service which will depart from Ballyheigue and three locations in Tralee, the Rose Hotel, the Brandon Hotel and the Garvey’s SuperValu car park. President Michael D Higgins will attend the Commemoration at noon to mark the 100th anniversary of Sir Roger Casement’s arrival onto Banna Strand.
