Properties in Kerry have sold at auctions in Dublin for a combined total of over €900,000. The auctions were held by agents Allsop. Thirteen Kerry properties went under the hammer in the residential auction. Four houses were offered for sale in Gort an Oir, Lispole and each sold for between €62,000 and €91,000. A house in Knocklebede, Kilcummin sold for €137,500, two apartments in Ballybunion went for €40,000 and €43,000 respectively. A house in Annascaul sold for €105,000 and €162,500 was the selling price for a house in Castlegregory. A house in Currow sold for €45,000. Houses in Aghadoe, Killarney and Causeway did not sell and a house in Listowel was withdrawn prior to auction. In the commercial auction a mixed use building on Rock Street, Tralee sold for €50,000.
