There’s still no final agreement today on climate change at the COP21 conference  in Paris. Sean Kelly MEP Negotiators now accept that this evening’s deadline won’t be met but there is a real chance that a deal can be clinched by tomorrow. The question of who will pay for climate change measures in developing countries is a major stumbling block. Ireland South MEP Sean Kelly is the only Irish delegate in Paris for the European Parliament.
