Kerry MEP confident of deal at climate change talks

There’s still no final agreement today on climate change at the COP21 conference  in Paris. Sean Kelly MEP Negotiators now accept that this evening’s deadline won’t be met but there is a real chance that a deal can be clinched by tomorrow. The question of who will pay for climate change measures in developing countries is a major stumbling block.
