Kerry man bids to become next IFA President

A Kerry man has officially thrown his hat into the ring in a bid to become the next president of the IFA. IFA Farmers logo Flor McCarthy from Kenmare will be the first person from the county to run for the role. Mr McCarthy is the current IFA Rural Development Chairman and is a former chair of the IFA in Kerry. He handed in his nomination papers to IFA headquarters within the past hour.
