Farmers in kerry will be paid up to two and half thousand euro a year for managed walkways through their land in the future. The IFA hopes to resolve difficulties surrounding the recreational use of the countryside by introducing these walkways.The aim of the scheme, which is planned to be ready for next year’s tourist season, is to enhance the tourism potential of rural regions and boost their economic development.
