Kenmare man to continue to fight for planning permission.

A Kenmare man claims he will continue to fight for planning permission for his house despite a demolition order being in place. The house was the subject of a circuit court case after Kerry County Council sought to bring it down as it did not have planning permission.Planning has now been granted for a house on a site adjacent to the original site and the council is adamant the original structure built without planning must come down. However speaking on this mornings Kerry Today Mr Wharton said the house cost him 30,000 euro to build and he`ll continue to fight to keep it.
