Kerry County Council are urging land owners with property adjoining public roads to begin cutting their hedges from today. Under both the Wildlife and Roads Acts the onus in on the Landowners to make sure trees and hedges are not hanging-over the country’s roads. Senior Engineer in the Road Transport Section with Kerry County Council Paul Stack says its important for landowners to act now.
