Ireland South MEP hopeful of agreement on migration crisis at EU leaders summit

The migration crisis is topping the agenda of the EU leaders summit. The EU is proposing aid of 6 billion euro to Turkey, which is trying to deal with a massive volume of refugees, on certain conditions. These include the “one-for-one” plan, under which Turkey no longer facilitates illegal immigrants to reach the Greek Islands.
