INO passes motion condemning health employers threat

A motion condemning the threat by health employers to withhold pay increases has been passed unanimously at the INO conference in Killarney. This now paves the way for the union’s executive council to take possible further action to ensure the three and a half percent increase due to nurses and midwives is implemented on June first. INO spokesperson for Kerry, Michael Dineen, says employers are bullying staff.
