The High Court has granted a further injunction to Bank Of Ireland restraining IFA members from picketing any of their branches. The order was made at a sitting of the court today. The High Court had granted an injunction to Bank Of Ireland ten days ago after 50 farmers staged a sit-in at the Tralee branch. It restrained two named IFA officers and the organisation from going into any branch of Bank Of Ireland. A subsequent protest in Killarney saw farmers present cheques and look for change in the branch there.
