Austin Stacks virtually assured themselves of a place in the Credit Union County Senior Football League division one final when they won at Dingle last night. Stacks led 1-5 to 4 points at halftime, Dara Long goaling 3 minutes before the break. The Tralee side had a 1-9 to 6 points advantage with 10 minutes to go and led 1-10 to 8 with 2 minutes on the clock.Dingle however ensured a nervy ending for Stacks as a Dan Devane punched goal and a Liam Og Higgins point meant there was the minimum between the teams at the finish. Dingle 1-9 Austin stacks 1-10. Stacks top division one on 15 points from 9 games, Crokes in second have 12 points from 7 games. Dingle, Annascaul and Laune Rangers each have 9 points. Meanwhile, the Kerins O`Rahillys V Gaeltacht game has been brought forward to tonight at 7.
