Gaelic Games update

Kerry’s Tommy Griffin is in danger of missing the All-Ireland 1/4 final with Dublin in 8 days time. Griffin was last night injured in a trial game between the Kerry Senior and U-21 squads.Dingle and Kerins O`Rahilly finished 9 points apiece in division one of the credit union county senior football league last night. Both sides were missing players due to county commitments and holidays. Rahillys, ahead 4-1 after 18 minutes, led 5-2 at half-time. Dingle had drawn level by the midway point of the second period, with 3 Kenny Murphy points and 2 from Liam Og Higgins bringing them back to 7 points all. 2 mark Evans points edged dingle ahead by the minimum with a minute left but John O`Connor rescued the draw for the visitors. Dingle move on to 9 points, O`Rahillys 7.Kilmoyley against Ballyduff gets this year’s AIB County Senior Hurling Championship 1/4 final programme underway. The sides meet at the Austin Stack park in Tralee in a repeat of last year’s infamous semi-final. Throw-in tonight is at 7.30. We’ll have news on the game at 10pm tonight.
