Kerry have one foot in the ladies Munster Senior Football Final after their6 point win over cork in Killorglin last night. Victory over Waterford in Tralee on Saturday week would confirm their qualification but if Cork proceeds to lose to Waterford then Kerry will also progress. Last night`s 3-11 to 1-11 win was largely down to what Kerry trainer Robbie Griffin says was the best 30 minutes produced by a Kerry ladies team in recent times. However, Griffin admits it wasn’t all plain sailing.Kerry will wait until later in the week before selecting a team for Sunday`s Bank of Ireland Senior Football Final replay against Limerick. Mike McCarthy with a head injury, and Aidan O`Mahony with a dead leg, should be fit but Seamus Moynihan`s ankle injury, which kept him out of the drawn game, could again cost him his starting place. Limerick meanwhile will select on Thursday night and expect to be at full strength, with Muiris Gavin recovering from the ankle injury he sustained last Sunday.
