Fusilier monument vandalism shows lack of respect for men who died for Ireland

Independent Councillor Sam Locke says the vandalism done to the Royal Fusiliers Monument in Tralee shows a lack of respect for people who died for Ireland. Vandalised Munster Fusiliers monument Tralee Gardaí are investigating an incident where red paint was splashed on the recently erected Munster Fusiliers monument in Ballymullen. The vandalism occurred sometime on Sunday night or the early hours of Monday morning. The paint has been cleaned since with no permanent damage caused to the marble structure.
