Four accused of public disorder in Killarney remanded to January court

Three young people charged in relation to public order offences and obstructing gardaí in a Killarney housing estate have been remanded on bail subject to maintaining a curfew. Gavel 3 Denis McCarthy and Stephanie McCarthy of 180 Ballyspillane and Neil O’Mahony of 178 Ballyspillane appeared at Tralee District Court. All three face charges in relation to violent disorder, public order offences and obstruction of gardaí on December 1st and 2nd. Judge James O’Connor granted bail on condition that all three maintain a curfew at their homes. A fourth accused, Mark O’Callaghan of 126 Killeen Woods, Tralee was remanded in custody. All four are due to appear at Killarney District Court on January 5th.
