Formal coalition talks between the two largest parties to resume later

Dail ChamberFormal talks between the two largest parties on the formation of a new Government will resume later. The negotiations between Fianna Fáil and Fine Gael will look at how budgets and motions of no confidence would be voted on, in a Fine Gael-led minority administration. The issue of Irish water is also likely to be a sticking point.
