Joe Healy, a dairy farmer from Galway, considered by many as an outsider in the IFA secured the Presidency after getting over 14,000 votes. Flor McCarthy says he enjoyed taking part in the campaign and will now work with IFA locally. He will also focus on a number of enterprises on his farm. Flor says he was reasonably happy with the 3,348 votes he secured in Kerry: [audio_player src=”http://media.radiokerry.ie/mediamanager/embed/audio/55816/medium/”]
