Eight people are waiting on trolleys in Kerry General Hospital’s emergency department today. That’s according to figures from the Irish Nurses’ and Midwives’ Association which compiles figures from emergency departments all over the country. The HSE doesn’t dispute the figures. In total 285 patients are on trolleys in emergency departments all over the country.
