Educate Together Tralee may have to limit student numbers

Educate Together Tralee say they may have limit the number of students attending the school in the future if they fail to get funding to move to a larger facility. The multi denominational school had 25 students when it opened its doors in 2002, this September it will have 95 children on its role book.Chairperson of The Board Of Management of Tralee Educate Together, Colm O Doherty says he would like the Government to secure a permanent site and funding for a new school. They are temporarily based at Colis Sands House. He says they don’t expect special treatment but they do service a particular group.
