Over €55 million was spent on residential property in Kerry in the first six months of this year, according to a new report. Figures from the Property Price Register, published in today’s Irish Independent, show that there were 428 property sales in the county in the first half of the year. This represented an 18 percent increase on the same period last year. The area with the largest number of sales was Killarney which saw 100 residential properties being sold between January and June.
