Duke of Kent in Fenit in his capacity as President of the RNLI

The Duke of Kent is in Fenit today in his capacity as President of the RNLI.

The Duke has been President of the organisation since 1969, succeeding his parents.

The 81-year-old Royal, who was seventh in line to the throne of his grandfather George V when he was born, is a first cousin of Queen Elizabeth.

The Duke is in Fenit as the local RNLI showcases its advanced type of lifeboat.
