Drugs accused pleads not guilty to motor fuel theft in Tralee

A Polish man who is already facing charges in connection with a drugs haul at Barrow and Fenit has appeared in Tralee District Court this week charged with theft of motor fuel from a Tralee filling station. Tralee Courthouse3 34 year old Rafal Fiszer with an addess at 20 Academy Square Navan has pleaded NOT guilty to two charges of leaving Kellihers filling station in Rathass Tralee without paying for motor fuel worth over 154 euro. The alleged incidents occurred on October 5th and October 27th 2014. Mr Fiszer was remanded in custody to appear before Tralee District Court on July 22nd next. Rafal Fiszer has been previously charged with having more than €13,000 worth of cannabis in his possession for sale or supply on November 8th last, along with Lukasz Duleba of 2a Lighthouse Village, Fenit. This charge will also be dealt with by Judge James O’Connor at Tralee District Court on July 22nd. Both men were also previously charged with drugs offences relating to a drugs haul when gardai discovered two cannabis growhouses at 2A Lighthouse Village and at Barrow House, Barrow West, Ardfert. The court previously heard that cannabis plants with a combined estimated street value of €200,000 were seized at both premises.
