A meeting to discuss the future role of wind generated energy is to be held in Tralee tonight. The commission for wind energy regulation will address the meeting, as well as companies involved in this area. It`s being organised by Deputy Jimmy Deenihan on the back of a number of inquiries about investing in wind turbines along The Stacks Mountains. He says large parts of North Kerry have been identified as preferred areas for wind generation so anyone with an interest is this type of green energy should attend.
