IT WILL EXAMINE THE THREATS AND CONSTRAINTS FACING IRISH LITERATURE. SAMHLAIOCHT CHIARRAI IS TO FEATURE STREET THEATRE PRACTITIONERS IN ITS ANNUAL EASTER PARADE AND ST JOHNS IN LISTOWEL WILL HOST AN EVENT MARKING THE END OF THE PRESIDENCY.IN ADDITION KILLARNEY WILL HOST THE CZECH REPUBLIC AS PART OF THE DAY OF WELCOMES ON ACCESSION DAY, MAY THE FIRST.ARTS MINISTER JOHN O DONOGHUE SAYS THE TOWN COUNCIL SPECIFICALLY WANTED THE COUNTRY AS THEY HAVE DEVELOPED A RELATIONSHIP OVER THE YEARS.
