A Kerry County Councillor says he “resents” comments made by the Taoiseach and Environment Minister Alan Kelly in relation to homelessness. 
Taoiseach Enda Kenny said that €37 million had been allocated to local authorities for emergency homeless cases and that further monies will be made available if required. Minister Kelly said his department is doing more to fight homelessness than ever before.
