A counsellor for male victims at the Kerry Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre says men need to speak out more about their problems. John Welsh says that in many cases they are too embarrassed to open up. Since June only one victim has made contact with him in the centre. He says alot of men are fearful of what may happen if they talk out.
