Corncrake project is extended to Kerry.

The corncrake project is extending to Kerry in a bid to protect the species. The Chorca Dhuibhne branch wants anybody who hears the bird to report it as there has been low public awareness in the past. The national parks and wildlife service has given the go-ahead to run the grant scheme in the county. Frank King is Chairman of the Kerry branch of Birdwatch Ireland.
