A community project is being piloted in Dingle to encourage heart health. Croi Chorca Dhuibhne involves the Southern Health Board, local government and other agencies. It launches its ‘healthy eating’ initiative tomorrow, April 1st.Seven restaurants, three secondary schools and four national schools are making healthy foods available to diners and pupils alike. Participants in the project will display their work at Dingle World of Leisure from half past three tomorrow. They’ll receive certificates from the Croi Chorca Dhuibhne Committee in recognition of their work to date.
