Residents of the Cloghane and Brandon areas are being urged to attend a public meeting this week, on the area’s future. The meeting’s being organised by Comharchumman Forbartha an Leith Triugh, which has commissioned a five-year community plan for the area. The plan, drawn up by Tom O’Leary and Associates of Tralee, focuses on enhancing Cloghane and Brandon as places to live, work and visit. Part of the preparation of the plan is to involve the people of the area , with organizers appealing to all concerned residents to attend the public meeting. It’ll be held at Halla Le Cheile in Cloghane this Thursday night at 7.15pm. Everyone who attends, is invited to share their ideas and suggestions for the plan.
