Cliff Richard dismisses as ‘false’ allegations he sexually assaulted a boy in the 1980s

Police in the UK are searching an apartment belonging to Sir Cliff Richard. police It’s in connection with an alleged sexual offence against a boy aged under 16 in the 1980s. No arrests have been made – and the 73 year-old isn’t present. A number of items have been taken from the house. In a statement the singer has denied any wrongdoing. He says he has been aware of claims made online against him ‘for many months’ – but insists they’re ‘completely false’.
