Chief Superintendent calls for motorists to take more responsibility.

Chief Superintendent Willy Keane says motorists have a responsibility to make the roads a safer place. Speaking on this mornings Kerry Today he claimed that while enforcement has a huge role to play in reducing road deaths motorists themselves must take more care. 11 people were killed on Irish roads over the weekend in accidents in Cork, Mayo, Leitrim, Donegal, Wexford, Longford and Antrim. Chief Superintendent Keane says drivers need to educate themselves and drive more carefully for everyone`s sake.
