Celtic will remain in the Champions League, as UEFA has rejected an appeal from Legia Warsaw to be let back into the competition. The Polish side fielded an ineligible player in their third qualifying round second leg tie against the Scottish Premiership title-holders. It means the Glasgow team will play Slovenian side Maribor in a two-legged play-off, with the winners going into the group stage. Although Legia will appeal now to the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
