A group in Dingle are calling on the Tanaiste to include Dingle Community Hospital on a list of hospitals that are to receive funding in the near future. The group of local people are to hold a rally in the town on St Patrick`s Day to highlight the delays in the provision of a new community hospital for the peninsula. The General Manager of Kerry Community Services warned last month that Dingle could be in danger of losing the site for the hospital if they don’t get the green light soon to proceed to tender. Bridget O Connor says there is a growing concern in Dingle.
