Businesses in Kerry continue to cash stolen cheques

Katherine sexton of St. Vincent de Paul is calling on shopkeepers in the county to be vigilant of people cashing cheques with the charities name. A chequebook was stolen 6 weeks ago from St. Vincent de Paul in Tralee but businesses are still cashing these cheques throughout the county. Businesses are liable for cashing the cheques some as high as 300 euro. Gardai in Tralee are investigating the case. Katherine Sexton says the cheques can be identified by business owners.
