Brian Curtin found not guilty.

Brian Curtin has been found not guilty by direction of Judge Carroll Moran. In a dramatic twist to the trial which was in its fourth day, Judge Moran issued a written decision stating that the search warrant used to enter Brian Curtin`s house was out of date. An application by Brian Curtin for costs has been refused.
