The Bishop of Cloyne Billy Crean is concerned at the details being reported from the Citizen’s assembly saying some of it seems like spin.
The Kerry native was speaking after reports on the weekends meeting showed a majority of citizens at the assembly answered no to the question on whether the right to to life of the unborn child should continue to be constitutionally protected in the same way as now.
Bishop Crean said he had no problem with transparency in the work of the assembly but has concerns about the narritive being reported from the discussions.
