Bank of Ireland and IFA will be back in The High Court tomorrow for a hearing of the injunction taken out by the bank last week. The case was scheduled for this morning, but has put back until tomorrow. The High Court granted an injunction to Bank of Ireland nine days ago after 50 farmers staged a sit-in at the Tralee branch. It restrains two named IFA officers and the organisation from going into any branch of Bank of Ireland. A subsequent protest in Killarney saw farmers present cheques and look for change in the branch there.
